I never used to have problems with this location. It seems like since the remodel its gone downhill which is a shame. But hey! Stewarts is always nearby!
I think you're asking too much of today's workers. The cash register tells you how much change to give back. The clocks are digital because they don't know how to tell time any other way. There is very little quality control, and their training programs are laughable. The staff has ear phones plugged in. The male staff which I have seen first hand need to be told to pull their pants up to their waists, and I've seen a few females with hoop earrings that you could pass a broken piano through. I speak only for myself that I don't appreciate that appearance. Lastly, just look at the name of the establishment and what has been done to its now abbreviated name. That speaks to the desecration of the English language. What do they care? They have an established name and feels that losing a customer here and there is of no real consequence, so they continue down that path. What do you now expect from its work force. Seriously?
