Bruegger's Bagels

I ordered a dozen bagels and told the man what I wanted. While putting together my order he was talking to the other staff and answering questions. When he said one more I figured he was a multitasker like myself and it was correct. I actually gave a tip. When I went home i saw I only had 1 sesame, not 2 as I ordered which makes the count 12 not the 13 for a dozen. I was disappointed. I guess he was not a multitasker as I repeated the amount of each type of bagel I wanted. I wanted to return and get my bagel but was reminded by others when I shared the experience that I would be spending time and money (gas)and if I return to always count them before I leave.

Came to pickup an order and the girl at the register told me they haven't started it yet. Ok no problem, waited over 10 mins and I guess is a manager asked me if I'm waiting for an order I said yes and she proceeds to hand me my order. The first girl could've just looked to her left and see if my order was on the shelf but didn't bother instead of making me wait and my food get cold.

Love this place. Their everything bagels are great and their bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches are amazing.

Staff was polite. Asked if I wanted bagel toasted, I said yes, it was not. Very light on the cream cheese, which just a small amount on one side. Rest of bagel with lox was good though! Will go again.
