Great opportunity for seasonal rentals. Loved it here in the winter and staying year around. Landlords are respectful and helpful of those who respect the property and other tenants. Mix of hotel guests and seasonal renters create a fun but quiet environment. One can socialize but also have privacy and solitude at the beautiful property filled with trees and wildlife.

We stayed for the weekend with our family and would definitely return. The Inn fit our needs perfectly. The owners are kind and accommodating, and checked in with us throughout the stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with ample linens. There is common space and a shared kitchen with ample fridge space. The space is set up for seasonal occupants, and the common areas are spacious. Plenty of room for the kids to play inside and out. Homemade blueberry and carrot breads for breakfast. Friendly cats and dogs. Quiet, laid back, friendly atmosphere. The inn is decorated with lamps, paintings and masonry created by the owners adding to the ambience.

Phenomenal! Spactacular! Awesome!!! I slept better there than I do at home! Maya and Brian are extremely hospitable. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable! I can hear the wind chimes....., taste the delicious breads and cookies in the morning, ..., feel the comfy beds, ....smell the coffee in the morning,... but most importantly you can feast your eyeballs on Maya's amazing artwork! ..... Londonderry is sure to delight all of your senses!! I forgot to mention the clean brisk air and outrageously clean water to drink!!!!( I am a water connoisseur) Can't wait to go back☀️🌞💥👍🏻
