Nice staff and the place is clean and spacious. But the beds are small and the quality of the mattress feels like they are from a homeless shelter. The curtains don't close all the way so it's gonna light up in the morning.

Nice place. Typical long island wedding venue, aka wedding factory. Did was good but cold. Best part was the staff Very friendly!

⚡Lisa - Their staff has the Best Customer Service. I couldn't find the location. I stopped there, and asked a passing staff lady for help. Oh boy. She directed me to this other guy, who came over Immediately and directed me exactly to where I had to go. I delivered there once, too. The inside is luxury. Really Nice ✨ - Lisa Lichelle 🤠

My husband and I checked in for my best friend’s wedding so our stay totaled three nights. The exterior of the Inn is incredibly beautiful. The landscaping is lovely and the appearance is elegant overall. The main lobby and halls are also very elegant and beautifully decorated. The rooms themselves are very underwhelming. They are outdated, dark, and certainly not worth the price we paid. The rooms don’t have modern amenities such as refrigerators, microwaves, and nicer coffee makers. The massive headboard behind the bed was not secured tightly to the cheap metal mattress frame and leaned considerably away from the wall. The temperature control system did not function properly and the room stayed at over 80 degrees which was extremely uncomfortable. The bridal party made reservations at the salon at the Inn the day before the wedding. Prices were reasonable, however each nail technician did a poor job of performing the tasks requested of them. I requested a French manicure and the technician told me she wasn’t very good at them so I should probably pick a solid color instead. And while I appreciate the honesty, as a customer, I should expect to receive the service I ask for. On top of that, the technician filed my nails so aggressively that it hurt, rolling the edge of my nail under itself, and causing the “nails scratching on a chalkboard” sensation. This made the manicure very unpleasant. The shellac polish was also applied over my skin and cuticles and wasn’t cleaned up. Another member of the bridal party was cut several times by the technician attempting to trim her nails and cuticles. The same technician also filed so aggressively that she filed the skin on my friend’s fingers to the point of removing layers of skin until they were raw and red. The only reason my review has two stars instead of one is due to the outstanding waiting staff during my friend’s wedding and reception. Marylou and Tony were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make my friend’s wedding special and stress-free. They will definitely be remembered as a big part of the success to this wedding and how well things went. Overall, I’m disappointed in the quality of the rooms at the Inn and Spa at East Wind. I would not recommend a stay here, and my husband and I will not be returning.
