Usually decent food and decent service but tonight I was straight up confused. No bacon or Mayo on my jr bacon cheese burger and no sauces. I repeated it three times to the disrespectful drive through lady. Still didn’t get them and didn’t bother to try because I’ve already told her 3times :( been going here for years now and the inside is always absolutely disgusting so I do drive through but now I guess I’m not gonna do that either. Disappointed and lost a loyal customer (12am team 7/25) terrible service and bad food :(

The drive thru was almost out to the highway but we were served immediately inside. As always it was delicious.

Very Disrespectful guy taking the orders, ..on facetime while we trying to order, hat to the back No Apology from the head manager after ther guy ask us to leave because we said he shouldn't be on his phone at the register.

I had a problem similar to that but at POLLO TROPICAL and I called the police and made them go review the cameras bcuz they're on all the transactions... so for that amount I would DEFINITELY DO THAT.,SAD to say it's happening more&more now bcuz these crooks even work at places we wouldn't think of getting robbed at but they TRY!!
