The work is done at an acceptable level, but timing is not reliable. Asked for a pant hemming to be completed in 2 days, but not done on the day and time promised. Then, given a specific time to come in (after the original time promised) and was promised again it would be finished, but she told me 30 more minutes when I arrived. Very kind woman and no question hard working but just will not be working with this company any more due to its unreliability and inconsistancy.
