Needs More Salt

Just came in today, my boyfriend’s coworker told me my reverse light wasn’t working. I went straight here because their staff has always been prompt and eager to help me. I needed my reverse light fixed and the manager David helped me out immensely. He figured out what bulb I needed fixed, came outside and helped me replace the bulb and apply silicone to the outside to prevent further damage. Absolutely amazing service from him. I couldn’t have done any work without him. Highly recommend coming here for basic car needs. The staff as far as I’ve seen really seems to care.

Today……. I met the most amazing man in the most unlikely place!!! I went to auto zone on Indiantown in Jupiter Florida. I was very frustrated….. I had an issue with my van not starting. I had replaced both the battery and the alternator and still got stranded every time I went out. From the moment DAVID came out I knew he was knowledgeable and very personable. He put the tester on and was also explaining to the other young employee what and why he was doing what he was doing. He got down close and said I can smell sulfur…… the battery is bad. Now in the past mind you I’ve had a terrible time getting this battery replaced. It is way down in there and has a crossbar. But DAVID had it out and a new one in in the time I have taken to convince others to even try. He was a happy, knowledgeable, informative, genuinely a pleasure . It made my day and fixed my van. He was amazing!

Very helpful and carried the battery to my car for me. Informed me of the refund when I bring back the old battery. That trip also went very smoothly. Boom, money back on your card and he again carried the battery for me. I recommend based on my experience there.
