Wish i could give them zero stars or less. 8/1/22 went there to be fitted for wedding tux, young man was assisting me and i asked if i could use the rest room. He excorted me to the restroom and the manager stopped us and asked what are we doing. The young man said " he's got to use the rest room quickly" the manager said "oh no, we dont have public restrooms" i then said not even for your customers? She responded "you can use it somewhere else, go next door maybe you can use it there. Ive never been so humiliated in life. I felt humiliated enough to cancel 😞 😪 😔.

Lazy and incompetent staff. I was told that I was only allowed to try on a jacket I stead of a whole suit, and then when I gave my jacket size, I was handed a jacket six sizes too small. I told the lady that there's no way it will fit so there's no point in trying and she acted like she was insulted. No customer service or professionalism whatsoever. Don't shop here.

Great staff. Everyone was professional, patient, and extremely nice. Quick service. Easy process for Tuxedo rental. We got a Tuxedo for prom. Will definitely go back again.
