This was probably the best decision to go with school estate… The program was great, the information was spot on, and I knew I had help from the professors anytime I needed it. Professor Blaise was amazing built great rapport with him I passed my exams on the first try and I still reach out to him for insight.. Great program I definitely recommend.

Blaise is truly awesome! He was ALWAYS available to help with any questions I had with either the curriculum or the program used. I passed both exams on the first try and I owe a lot to him and School Estate. If you are reading around through reviews of different programs trying to decide, just do yourself a favor and give them a call.

I tried other real estate schools and they didn't really help me to learn the materials and I failed the final exam! I decided to get help from School Estate and after I took their prep exam I was able to pass the test! They are really knowledgeable and their information is up to date and they are not after your money, They actually help you to learn real estate! I definitely recommend them to my friends!

Questions & Answers

Grear morning, I am licensed in Calif. and I would like to know what are the requirements to acquire a license in Texas. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello Gloria: Happy to help. Unfortunately, Texas has no reciprocity with any other state. Some states, like Texas, are ARELLO states. If one is licensed in an ARELLO state, then the "National" portion of the state exam is eliminated. But unfortunately, California is not an ARELLO state. To obtain your Texas Real Estate License, you will need to take 6 "30-hour" courses (for a total of 180-hours). All of these courses are done online and self-paced. TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) does have a minimum requirement of 3-days per course (there is no minimum number-of-hours per course). In turn, all 6-courses can be completed in as little as 18-days! Our Success Pack X6 fulfills all of these requirements and also includes all of your Textbooks and the Exam Prep Course. This package can be found at the following link. https://www.schoolestate.com/texas-real-estate-sales-agent/ Please feel free to reach out anytime you need assistance. We are here to help! I am a license real estate broker in Atlanta Georgia and thinking about moving to Texas and want to get my license . How much and whats the schedule and or time frame .

Happy to help Michael. First off, since you are currently licensed in Georgia, an ARELLO state, you will not be required to take both state exams (National and Texas). Because of this, the state exam's National (more extensive) portion will not be required. Texas requires 180-Hours to obtain a Texas Real Estate Sales Agent license (6 courses of 30-hours each). All of these courses can be done online and self-paced. The average time for completion, with 2-hours per day, is 6-7 weeks. We offer 3-different ways of taking the classes, ranging from live-online ("Zoom") courses to pre-recorded video classes to book-based courses. Two of our formats are entirely self-paced, while the live-online format does have a schedule for you to choose from. All of our packages come with a Live-Study Group ("Zoom") and a full Exam Preparation Course. You can locate our 3-formats, and pricing, here: https://www.schoolestate.com/texas-real-estate-sales-agent/ Call us anytime: 214-432-8972

Hello, it is Mrs. María Isabel Hernández, I would like to know detailed information (costs, duration and hours) of the course in Real Estate, I don't know anything about the language. It could be done in Spanish THANK YOU

Maria Hernandez | Oct 5, 2020
School Estate - Texas Real Estate License School | Oct 5, 2020

Hello Maria, Happy to help. 1. All courses are conducted online and at your own pace. You can complete the courses at the speed that is most comfortable for you. However, TREC requires courses to be a minimum of 15 days. 2. The cost of the courses depends on whether we are running a promotion or not. Today, the cost of the Success Pack X6 is $ 498 with the promo code listed on the website. This package contains everything you need to obtain the license. 3. The course is only offered in English, as the state TREC exams are only offered in English. Over the years, we have found that when a student learns courses in a language other than English, it makes it very difficult to pass the exam; Due to the English only exam. Please let us know if we can help you further. Have a wonderful day. School Estate

Hi, I am a Broker in California. What are the requirements to be a broker in Texas. Do I have to get my sales agents license first?

Teresa Row | Oct 6, 2019
School Estate - Texas Real Estate License School | Oct 6, 2019

Hello Teresa: Happy to help. If you are presently licensed for 4 of the previous 5 years in Texas, or another state (California), then you are permitted to become a Broker immediately in Texas. Otherwise, it takes 4-years to become a broker in Texas. Texas, unfortunately, does not have any reciprocity with any other state. In turn, you will have to take all of the required courses. To become a salesperson, you will only need 6-courses; for a total of 180-hours. For a broker, you will need 900-hours. Most (630 hours) of these hours can come from a college degree or college credits. If you have a college degree, you would only need to take 9-courses for a total of 270 hours. All of these courses can be done online, and self-paced. There is no minimum number of "hours." Please let us know if we can answer any additional questions for you.
