If I could give -10 stars I would! I have been living here with my fiancé and son for over a year and it’s been THE WORST experience of my life! It would be too much to type if I explained everything I’ve been through like mold and over flowing toilets, but right now is by far the worst!! Our air has been set to 50 degrees for the past 5 days, and the apartment is still 80 degrees. The office managers do not care and the maintenance men are liars. I told the lady today that I would be moving out but until then I needed my air fixed. She had a stand-offish attitude with me as if her air is broken and her one year old is sweating at night. She didn’t even apologize about the inconvenience. The 24 hour on call number that they have, they disconnect it at night. It’s ridiculous! I will never in my life move back here. It’s not worth the money (which is over $1000) and may I add none of the amenities that they advertise WORK!! I will also be contacting corporate because my one year old has been sleeping in a hot house for days. Let’s also add that by my air being broken, I have no choice but to keep the air on all day so my light bill is over $300!!! I am furious!! And if I get a stupid automated response to this rating I will literally scream!! I’m always so nice to everyone in the office, even today I apologized to the young man who works front desk because I was so frustrated but I know it’s not his fault. They have taken my kindness for weakness and I’m over it! My next step is to contact a lawyer!!!

Been living here going on 5 years saw several different owners and different management …since a Florida based real estate company purchased this complex and another in Gretna,La Both apartments have seen a steadily decline in living quality and removal of key staff holding critical knowledge on how to repair and maintain a ageing equipment notorious for failing . A major lack in matience employees is a major problem causing guaranteed i repeat guaranteed!! Delays in life altering repairs such as Air conditioning, heat ,electrical and plumbing .It will test your faith all of wich is caused by the change of guard , something that has become quite common in the past year as any resident and the staff will gladly tell you . Each new apartment manager unfortunately has varied drastically in their ability to perform there job professionally and efficiently . The current manager has overseen a DRAMATIC RISE IN CRIME !!!! westchase gated /not gated apartments has seen a DRAMATIC RISE IN CRIME !!!! Car break ins , broken gate ,drug deals , and the constant police presence tell the story of just how safe this community has become another change of guard is most likely due to happen in the coming months or weeks .

I just called to try to inquire about leasing an apartment here and no one was able to give me any information whatsoever. They woman I spoke with said “they aren’t in the office” and “hadn’t been in the office for a few days” then when I asked when I should call back she said “I don’t know this is just the emergency line” but I called the only number that is listed on their website. How are you answering the phone but literally don’t know anything? That is really sad. I said “okay thank you” and then she hung the phone up without saying goodbye. Very unprofessional, unorganized and rude. If this is how they treat potental tenets I feel bad for the actual residents, extremely grateful I dodged that bullet

DO NOT move here. My daughter is 8 months pregnant and has had black mold in her apt for the last few months and now her AC is out. No one is ever in the office and we can’t get Allied Orion Group to call us back. We are moving but I do not recommend this place at all. Run!!! 🏃♀️ We had to tape up the mold in the living room with bags so we weren’t breathing it in then when the AC went out we noticed all the mold under the AC …. I didn’t want to put any stars but they make you to do the review!!!
