Louisiana is really failing its students!!!! No wonder we are nearly placed last in everything. Including education. These teachers are disrespectful. But want the children to be respectful...A good principal can't do ANY wrong.... And if you dont like it.... Go to jail because its mandatory to deal with this bull. I swear I've had enough.

Left message on the phone per instructions. I was told DOE would respond in 48 hours. It's now going on 4 days. Useless!

The La dept of education needs to learn how to properly educate the children of Louisiana. Everything is made poorly but they expect the children to do everything right. The grammar on some of the practice material is horrible so I can only imagine how it is on the standardized tests they have to take at the end of the year. I am really fed up in the way the students have to deal with this. They should get people who actually want to do their job instead of hiring some bums.

You would need to fill out an online request form from LCTCS (https://hserequest.lctcs.edu/). NOTICE!! This is only for GED/Hiset. The email verification is NOT an electronic transcript. It is an email that only verifies whether the person has a GED/Hiset and it will provide the graduation date. The diploma and transcript have to be mailed which can take up to 7-14 business days. If you need it sooner you can select 'Pick Up' on the right of the request and pick it up at their building in Baton Rouge.
How do I get a copy of my high school diploma?
How come most of what is "taught" in school is either completely irrelevant in the real world OR not accurate/lies ???
Hello, my children and I relocated from Baton Rouge, La to California. I withdrew my children from school in Baton Rouge the school gave me some documents to take with me to give to the new school in California and also the school district in California contacted my children school in Baton Rouge and everything was faxed over immediately. I hope this help.. Blessings to you and your family.
Can i get a copy of my ged
I'm not sure about home schooling but some child care providers do teach at their at home facilities. Go to www.louisianabelevies.com and check out the list of providers. Hope this helps.
Can I home school my grandson
You'll have to contact HISET. the department doesn't hold GED just HS diplomas
The quickest way is to travel back in time, the movie "back to the future" has it in easy step by step format.
WOW! You type great for an elementary school student.
I would use a time machine I have one for sale if you're interested
A time machine would be the easiest way
Report it to your school district's truancy officer. You can contact your local school board and they'll be able to provide you with the contact needed.
You'll have to go online, print the form, and send it to them. You can't go there and get it
Try the school board in your parish or go on the department's website and download the form. It is $10.
Excused
You should be able to contact the school you graduated from .
