Placed an order over the phone in advance.. the black gentleman with dreads ( who refused to give me his name but said he was the manager) take my money and tell me to wait my order wasn't ready.. as we sat there I could plainly see two boxes in the warmer.. the longer I waited and stared at those two boxes.. 25 mins go by and he asks me if he can help me again.. my husband explained we had been waiting 25 mins.. plus the 20 mins they said it would take to get ready.. the gentleman was rude again went to the two pizzas I was starting at getting angry and said here the are.. ok so we waited 25 mins in your lobby and they were there ready the whole time!! He didn't apologize or anything.. got even ruder with my husband as we explained we watched 8 other customers come and go and now I food is cold.. he told us to bad and leave.. I'm so upset!! I will be calling coperate office in tge morning.. so sad.. this is to be a great place to get good pizza cheap.. will absolutely not going back!!

I called ahead and ordered 2 pizzas, stuffed crust meat lovers to be exact, I was told it would be ready for pick up in 7 mins...wrong, it took way longer than what was told ended up getting there 10 mins after ordering and still waited in store for another 15 mins for them to be ready. Other than the timing for such business to be known for their pizza being fast and ready, the quality and friendliness from staff were great and I'd give that 5stars.

I haven't had any problems until the latest order. This time I picked up my order and the pizzas were placed in the back seat of my truck, flat on the seat. I get home to this, and neither pizza was cut. And since one still had the toppings in tact and the other didn't, it couldn't have been on my end

we ordered 2 pizzas garlic butter sauce soda and zesty bread got there was supposed to get pizza 7:13 waited until 7:45 asked for refund and my pizza magically appeared burnt and not the one I ordered along with my bread they are so very unorganized run around like chickens with their heads cut off I've managed 3 pizza places not once did we have any problems like that poor management appears under trained for their jobs
