There are not enough good things to say about the 2 young men that were working last night 8/25/2021 around 8:15pm. I called then came up to exchange a battery that was under warranty. From the phone call through the exchange and changing of my battery they were the ABSOLUTE BEST! These 2 guys went above and beyond, very friendly and professional! I am not sure what their names are but I wish I did because they deserve to be recognized! You don't find this level of customer service very often anymore, it was SUPER REFRESHING! THANK YOU!!! 😊

They don't care about great customers any longer. We have spent 10s of thousands with them over the past yrs now we are 3 min to far to deliver my parts. Had 3 stores that would service us now 0. I guess auto zone will get my money now.Roy, sorry to hear about your experience. We strive to offer a high level of customer service, but realize that we sometimes miss the mark.
