The front desk woman was incredibly rude shushing me and my family. After we returned with money on the card you HAVE to pay with for the first night the woman decided to mention there was 58 dollar non-refundable pet fee after she had seen the dog the first 2 times we were in there. As we walked out she made a rude comment and grimace.

The property was excellent and I felt at home here. We enjoy the new remodeling, they’ve done. The gm was great. I would absolutely recommend Woodspring suites.

This place is clean. I have stayed at alot of places for work and pleasure and this is top 5 cleaniest hotels/motels I have ever stayed at. I am impressed with the staff. They really care about there jobs. All 6 people I have talked to so far have all been top notch. I currently on day 3 of 14 days stay and very happy. And they were very easygoing with my service dog. Made me feel welcomed. Which in this day and age after COVID may 2022 is rare. So if you r doing a stayvac or travel for work I would 100 recommend. The hospitality of the staff is the game changer.

My husband and I were here for his work in this state,we came end of November 2020 and still here at end of February 2021 he works very long days and 7days a week.I met quite a few people including the staff, every morning when I take dog out it always smells so nice and clean,the staff goes out of their way if possible to make your stay a memorial one.They are 1like family to me and I would highly recommend this place. The new manager is Amber and she runs a tight ship yet it shows in all the hard work going on through out the day, with me being alone so much while hubby works,I feel safe and loved.Think you everyone on staff I will be back,but not leaving anytime soon...
