Place is a dump. My daughter, homeless, had to stay there a few months. Changed priced on her constantly. Found out she was paying more a week than others. Cleaned room and they refused to give deposit back. Had no heat in there so we bought heaters. Toilet ran Constantly and they didn't fix it for 4 months.if you stay there take pictures of how it looks when you first go in or anything that is there, they will say you did it and refuse to give your deposit back. I told her she shouldn't have done all she did to clean it. I would avoid it if all possiblel

There are a few good people who reside in a place that see law enforcement weekly. The worst part is the female manager the stays there as well. The best way I can describe she Is a hunt. Take away the H and replace with C. No joke. Also a man named George may or may not mooch off of pleasant view, is a disrespectful dirtbag that worked at the restaurant before destruction. He definitely did not how to cook. Pleasant View is an OXYMORON.

The rooms are extremely small with very little furnishings. I didn't want to take a shower without wearing shower shoes nor did I want to lay on the bed without putting my own bedding on over theirs. The staff are rather rude, I chalked that up to maybe being because of the quality of the guests they've become accustomed to dealing with. They have very strict rules that you don't typically see from other higher end hotels and after giving the customer the run down of said rules, they make sure to let the customer know that all the managers for the establishment reside on site as well and will say, in not so many words, that they are basically watching you... Yeah, that's not creepy at all. Over all, not a place I would ever stay again. The only reason for this stay was because it was kind of an emergency and it's all I could afford.

Price! $50 cash and we got a room (#4) that we were told was recently redone. The room was about 10x10 and seemed clean and fresh. We found it cute and quaint. It's not modern by an sense of the imagination but it worked for sleeping. :)
