Entergy scheduled a planned outage for my area from 7am to 2pm during a Heatwave..after calling everyone in the book to complain about the outage they slipped and said that a new business was having lines installed..why should we suffer during a Heatwave for a new business to operate..sounds like money talks and it definitely did on this day...I will never pay my bill early again...Entergy can wait til the last minute after turning off it's residental customers for new business during a Heatwave..Shame on Entergy!!!
