Keep trying. Sometimes the employee's out showing the units to potential customers, or even at lumch. My group had rented a unit, but didn't have the group's tax ID at that time, so it was temporarily rented by one of us as an individual. On another day, we moved things in, then went to transfer ownership, only to find the office closed. The sign on the door said "Out to lunch - back at 3:45". It was just after 1:45!
