Been dealing with Judge Wilty for 27 years. He's really a good and decent man. I've never encountered him without a smile. His spirit and humor helped to make our wedding an even better experience than it already was.

What parish? For Jefferzon Parish, its at the Courthouse building, 200 Derbigny Street in Gretna. Go to the second floor in the firstbank of elevators. You are looking for CONVEYANCES. There are computer Bays there, and very helpful Clerks.

You have to go to the second parish court
To my knowledge...you cannot buy out community service hours. You either pay the ticket or do the community service.
The "Collections" department is on the first floor across from the domestic commissioner. If you call the Clerk of Court, ask for "Collections". Also, the number should be on your "fines and fees" sheet. And, you may wish to contact your attorney or (as a last resort) the District Attorney's office.
You are asking a legal question. You should contact an attorney. The Louisiana State Bar Association has a referral service if you are looking for a place to start.
Call the COC and ask for mortgage and conveyance.
Passport...Yes.
After you clear security, walk straight to the back. Turn left, walk past the elevators and you'll run into the Criminal Clerk's office. If it's over a civil matter, the Civil Clerk is on the 2nd floor.
Clerk of court 2nd floor suite 2400. Or you can download it from the clerk of court website.
