They installed bullet proof film to all of the windows in my workplace. The job was paid for in full before the work was done then we had problems getting them to come out to do the work in a timely manner. They did finally complete the work (after months) but there are a few windows that need attention and after calling them several times, sending emails and text messages they have still not responded.

DIDN'T FINISH THE JOB! They were great to begin with, but there are issues with the job and we have been unable to get them back out to fix what's wrong. We paid in full and have called and emailed to no avail for months. Becoming clear this is a take the money and run situation ....

I have always used Ultimate Tint, however it has been awhile since I needed tint...I felt like a couple of things should have been communicated prior to tinting and they are as follows 1. The only legal tint that can be placed on the front window is a 6 inch strip which was never discussed on whether or not I was interested in purchasing that tint. and 2. Because I used a credit card a Non-Cash adjustment of $11.04???? I would have like this communicated up front...

Best place to get your car tinted! All of my family cars are tinted by ultimate tint and never had any typical tint problems or any problems with the quality ever. Shout out to Nick for being so patient and informative when helping me choose the perfect tint for my mom’s car! Her vehicle was done within a day and it looked so good.
