How can I go about getting a ownership of possession? I have title to my fathers car been taken care of it. My dad passed away 1/29/2012. It just gotten where I cannot afford to pay the insurance any more . The value of the car is 2,900.00

You may want to check the online DMV for transfer forms and maybe call a lawyer if a succession was never filed
