We stayed at the cabins, which weren't bad at all. The worst part of the cabin itself is that it was in need of an update. The area around the cabins were run down. Also, we barely got any phone service.

Cabins were dirty because they expect the customers to take out the trash, wash the dishes and sweep the floor. No internet. Air conditioner was musty. It was way over priced for what you get.

Have been coming to Montauk for 20 plus years. Cabins below were full and traveled a day to get here. Manager lady VERY RUDE. Zero manners, she's demeaning and hateful. Will NEVER come here again, will stay in somewhere else next time. Your money is appreciated somewhere else where your treated with dignity. She keeps the WiFi for herself. So NO WiFi. She doesn't even deserve a star, had to pick it to write this.

These cabins were simple, but clean. Check before going as not everything is provided. The area was pretty and very close to Montauk State Park. There’s a pool and a store at the location. The manager was polite and very helpful. It would have been nice to have WiFi.
