We drove from Phoenix and had the night well rested in this hotel. Check in was easy & hassle free. Room was clean, beds were comfy. The complimentary breakfast was totally a bonus! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Very nice. The room had comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was clean and well decorated. Breakfast had lots of options and was kept clean. Pool was drained while we were there but still early in the season. They do have a fitness center and laundry facilities on-site. Vending machines on every floor were empty but that is what I find frequently at many hotels. We would absolutely stay again.

First off, when we walked out back of this hotel, one of the staff members were definitely on drugs, she was smoking and acting weird. When we arrived, staff told us that we had to wait 30 minutes for our room. Came back 30 minutes later and they then said the pool needed servicing, so we had to wait 45 minutes. Wait 45 minutes and our room was finally ready. Walked in and was disgusted. Pillow cases were not washed, the coffee table was disgusting, sink was clogged, half a role of toilet paper left, to use the remote for the TV, you have to push down the top, and we saw old guests socks under the couch cushion. I will definitely never be coming back to this hotel again.

Excellent Customer Service! We booked 2 rooms and Natalie, Katie and Shantilly made sure both rooms were by each other. The breakfast was good. The place was very clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
