HAHAHA!!! Oh Boy!!! I couldn't stop laughing at the recent 5 star review who has only had 1 review. Is that you Diane? Did you write yourself a 5 star review to feel good about yourself? I mean you were a nice person when I FIRST met you. You were nice enough to sell me some items, like a Microwave, an arm chair, water filter. I'm sure it's legal to resell moved out tenants stuff. It wasn't shady at all. Long story short, when you have a 1.6 rating, there's probably a good reason why out of 40+ reviews there's only three 5 stars, and if look at 2 of them you can clearly tell they are FAKE, with only 1 review on each account. And if you remove just 1 fake 5 star, it drops to 1.475 (I just did the math) I was quiet as a mouse for over a year, I had several issues that needed attention, that would usually linger for days or weeks. The worst was a 2 minute job that took about 4 different complaints and 3 months to act. My neighbor just went threw a divorce crisis, so he started partying every night. My head bed was the wall connected to his living room and door. They would constantly scare me wide awake at 2,3,4,5,6am at night due to a screen door WHICH CONSTANTLY SLAMMED. Not only did I try asking my old acquaintance/friend to be mindful and just pull the screen door shut, but I told Diane 4 DIFFERENT TIMES. And basically this is how things were handled for many situations, unless it involved money. She even tried to con my mother into co signing my 2nd lease when I was working 40 hours a week. Literally lied to my face, until my mother came in and called her out on her BS. We ended on horrible terms, I made a mistake after being there over a year and a half, and there was 0 empathy. In fact she went out of her way to make me pay 110% for this mistake. I man enough to admit my part, but the way she treated my family and forced us out within 3 days when I was unavailable is completely heartless. Then she ignored my phone calls when I asked for a copy of my lease to try to fight the $4,000 Bill she charged me after she kept my deposit and after my mom literally scrubbed down the apartment and put up brand new curtains with 0 damage to the apartment. Luckily, I found a copy of my release so I can fight it with Transunion. She must be related or very close to the owner(s). Any decent company wouldn't allow for a 1.5 star average in which more than half are complaining about the Manager. She needs to be the behind the scene worker, and allow the assistants to do a better job with talking to people, and resolving things. Her body language truly changed from day 1, after I signed the lease.

Honest Reviews

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in trying to find a place to rent. I haven't read the other reviews but saw the 1.6 average star. We ended up renting in Windsong apartments. The lady (if you can call her that) answering the phones needs a serious attitude adjustment, but I doubt anything will change. Steer clear. @Anthony Aronica you were saying?

Negative reviews of property manager are definitely incorrect. Diane does the absolute best she can and people don't realize that she is only one person! She is always professional and kind! The apartments are very clean and well kept. The scenery is also a plus! Dont let all the negatively written reviews discourage your interests. As I stated above the property manager and staff are wonderful people, persons leaving negative reviews most likely weren't ideal tenants!

Horrible management . Diane is completely unprofessional and unreasonable to even speak to. Do not even consider living here. Her approach is defensive and nasty. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS LADY .Horrible person.
