I would give 0 stars if I could. There first day was Monday and I thought all went well... Tuesday I received a call at 8:00 which should have been the start time and was told that the aide had a medical issue and would not be in. Spoke to management and expressed the importance of being here when needed and they said they understood. Today I received a call and said that the aide came to the house and that my Mother pushed her away and said she was all set.. I laughed because I was at my home waiting and no one ever showed up.. All set with this company-NEXT!

This January I will have worked at C&H for 9 years! Wow! As the saying goes 'time flies...'! I can't help but think of how lucky I am to work with so many great people and I look forward to seeing them each work day. As an admin. assistant my daily work is primarily with Excel and C&H has been instrumental in broadening my computer skills. I saw a need for more training in the Microsoft programs and I approached my supervisor about taking a Microsoft college course. Not only did they like the idea, C&H offered to pay for the course! Thank you C&H for giving me the tools to do my job with confidence!

Middlebury Office is amazing!!! I have been with Compaions & Homemakers for just over 4 years and I absolutely love the opportunities I have with this company. There is plenty of room for growth within the company and I get to help our caregivers with their needs and also interact with our older adults on a daily basis. I have seen caregivers move up field coordinators and how happy they are to work with our wonderful older adults. I have heard so many stories about how happy both the caregivers and older adults are with the service provided and I am so thankful to be a part of it all. Our entire staff is amazing and without them we couldn’t do the amazing work we do on a daily basis! Thank you Companions & Homemakers for the opportunity I have to help people grow everyday!
