I was told the DVM could do FHO surgery on the hips. Unfortunately the surgery was done and was done incorrectly. We went through physical therapy and over a year later there is clicking in his hip. He’s been evaluated by several surgeons who are at a loss on how to correct this surgery that wasn’t done correctly. Everyday I have to hear his hip click and know he will never be normal again. He is on a multitude of supplements and adequan injections regularly to help ease any joint discomfort. Although everyone there is nice, I ask you to please not do any surgeries you are not comfortable performing. Pet owners should see a board certified surgeon. This is a fantastic dog with the best personality and he will live the rest of his life now unable to be fixed after this was done incorrectly. It breaks my heart 💔
