Eric and his team are fantastic. We had flooding in our basement, which lead to damaged flooring and the smell of moisture in the air. ServPro was fast, responsive, and did an excellent job removing the damaged flooring, cleaning any mold that had formed, and spraying to prevent further mold. We are waiting for our flooring contractor to finish the work ServPro started but we feel cleaner and healthier knowing our basement is no longer damp with the potential for severe mold overgrowth.

Tom Ragin initially came out to evaluate for mold removal and assured me that it would be taken care of and that the area would be completely clean with no visible mold. Since I lived out of state I asked that he send me pictures of the area once it was complete. The pictures were blurry and not even of the area that was being treated. I had to fly up just to confirm I was right, they had not done the work and the ceiling was still covered in mold! When I refused to pay I received a threatening phone call from Eric Violante (the owner) who told me he would "do what I have to do" to collect. I had to hire an environmental hygienist to test the areas again and it was conformed that they had not been treated. This happened twice. Eric Violante and his company tried to take advantage of the fact that I did not live locally and that he could just collect for work not done. The unscrupulous behavior of this company is criminal and the way Eric Violante spoke to me, disrespectful. DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST IN THIS COMPANY. In response to the owner's comment: You want context...You tried to rip me off and I held your feet to the fire. You called me and tried to bully me into paying for work that wasn't just subpar but that had not even been done- TWICE! Be lucky you got a THIRD chance to "satisfy" us. And why post this years later, well Eric, in the words of Maya Angelou "...people will never forget how you made them feel."

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
