I never had a problem with appointments. They had gave me appt pretty quickly. It's the service they provide. It says mental health but they don't help. I ask for a referral for my son to stay at a hospital or clinic so he can be evaluated. Instead his provider suggested to call 211 🙄. Provider should be referring my son to see other specialists not 211. Useless! They don't know how to deal with kids with autism. 211 is their answer or 911. When my son is only having some issues he isn't a treat to society etc. Only good thing is the covid testing. You can just call them for a COVID test appt. Other then that they lack in service and referrals.

This place it's in the pass it was nice and know it's a mess does machine to register it's a disaster it's not working for the costumers they have used the old way to register the clients...
