On hold approaching 30 minutes now. License fees must not be used to fund customer service agent positions. I was going to give up but now just want to see how long this will take. What joke, wish our state representatives would fund the DNR properly so they can provide service to their customers. Why do we pay taxes and license fees??? After 1hr 4 min I give up, what a joke. DNR needs funding for customer service positions.
