As far as I remember, im pretty sure they are and afterwards, take your receipt, go next door and get a nice Full Service car wash for free with the coupon they give you.
Also, that car wash is pretty awesome as well. If you have about 45 mins to spare, you can pay $45 and they offer an Express Auto Detail. My car always looks like it just left the showroom when they're done with it.
