I've been going here fir a couple years. Never had a problem....until last week I got my usual oil change for my 2018 CR-V. Apparently the tech was in a rush because they barely replaced the under body cover which resulted in it falling down and scraping. I brought it to the manager who looked at it, and said "it's broken" like I didn't know that. That's why it's taped up. Anyway I priced the replacement part(s) and labor which came to 195.oo. He took my name, asked me to write a description of the problem and include the cost to repair it and took my number then told me he would pass it on to the manager. It's been 3 days, and nobody has called me yet. I'm not happy.

Decent place and great prices, but they need to change that the place is open 24hrs, because it's not a 24rs kind of place.
