Really bad experience here they are not reasonable at all with the contract I sing up 4 3 months use it few times like 4 or 5, and 6 months later I still been charged situations in life happens not been able to go, so please be carful. Better to sing up for a gym cheaper and on your on time, like you know Leif is not easy, you won’t get refund a refund even explaining or anything Keep and eye on what you sing for people now in days are going just for the money 💴

I signed up for a 4 week program on Monday 6/7, and Sofia the receptionist was the WORST receptionist I have ever experienced. She was very rude! I called and left a voice mail wanting more information, never got a call back, I called again and Sofia answered, I had questions about the program I was signing up for and she was not helpful at all! Very rude and not answering any of my questions just saying I can read the paper work when I come in. 2 of my friends and I showed up to sign up for the program and she was even worse in person. She had us fill out the contract for the program and was rude the whole time, I asked for a pen and she slammed it on the table, we were asking basic questions about the program and she kept rolling her eyes as if we were bothering her. The whole signing up experience was terrible, we seriously almost walked out of how bad her attitude was, you would think she would be friendly and welcoming, TOTAL opposite! Giving 2 stars because really bad customer service skills for front desk, but we have enjoyed the work out program taught by the trainer named Emerson. Him on the other hand very friendly, very helpful and great work out program.

My overall experience with the staff, trainers and the trainees was awesome. Everyone was very helpful, motivating and supportive. The trainers were awesome. I would truly recommend giving The Camp Transformation a try, you won't regret it, I promise! I lost 10 lbs on my 21 day cleanse!!!!
