Showed up half an hour early to my 12pm appointment, was told my appointment didn’t exist, so I’d have to pay $375 work in fee, $100 late fee, as well as $150 for a lumper. Staff won’t acknowledge you exist when you walk in the office. This place is an absolute joke. If you can, decline any load going to this place.

It's tight, but that's the norm in LA. There are far tighter places you could be trying to get into. Been here twice, no one cared that I was about 10 mins late this time, both times everyone was friendly as hell, got a dock on arrival, and started getting unloaded soon as I was docked -- which took some pullups both times but it is what it is, just GOAL a lot and it's fine. Park on the street to check in with the guard before pulling in; paid $150 for lumper both times I was here. If you're trying to set an appointment, I'm the only truck here for a Sunday 6am.

Here for 8AM appt got a door at 1:15 pm they said turn off reefer at 3:00PM I shut the door and froze the load again at 5:40PM they began unloading me. Waiting on paperwork it is 6:41PM are little company of 25 trucks will never deliver here again.

Waited 8 hours for a dock!! Because they were waiting for a freezer container to swap the frozen product from me.. no bueno!.. and tight docking area no bueno x2
