My first experience here was amazing. The guy was very helpful and friendly. And so I thought i would use their service again. Then I went, the short lady on the left when you enter the door looks like she’s having a bad day. First of all the website says they close at 6pm. Didn’t day in the website that the cut-off time to send a package is 5pm. The short lady was like, ‘we’re closing in a few minutes, you won’t make it to cut off, look at the wall’. She was not helpful AT ALL. So i decided to send my wife the following day, little did i know that they did not accept one of my two packages because there are ‘sports cards’ inside. Wow! I have sent the same items before (and my friends too) with no issues and this lady did not accept it to be sent out. Moving on to the other package, they charged my wife EXTRA because it excessed the weight limit which according to the lady is more than 5lbs. First of all, the guy whom I sent my previous package said the allowed weight is 6lbs. Second, the day before I asked the same lady which box should i use for a 6lb package and she told me the same box I have prepared to use. Rip-off! A $35 package turned out to be a $70 fee because of the ‘excess’ weight and the phone. Very unprofessional Filipino!

We went here today to send money to loved ones to the Philippines. We paid a $10 fee so that the money can be received at Cebuana Lhuillier & Mlhuillier instead of just the LBC branch. Even after paying that $10 fee, they weren't able to get that money in Cebuana or Mlhuillier.... They went to the nearest LBC branch but were also unable to avail the funds because they didn't have enough funds yet... LBC is okay for shipping but not with sending money....

1/24/18 - Spoke to LBC 800 number and now they are asking me to provide the packing list. I informed them that they should have a copy of it, given that they keep the original. They are also asking for my ID to verify that I am the shipper. Again, when one mails a package with LBC, they check your ID. I should already be in the system. Is this another bureaucracy and to hide the THEFT that took place with their employees stealing the content of the package sent? I JUST WANT THIS TO BE RESOLVED! 1/23/18 - My recipient did not get all of the items that were in the box. When I reported/filed a complaint on 12/22/17, the male individual who supposedly took the complaint did not file it so I had to re-file it again on 12/30/17. I have been following up on the status of the missing items but I kept getting the run around. They tell me to call the 800 number, which is a call center, and was promised that a manager will call me. No phone call received. It's now 1/22/18 and they still do not have an answer for me. They kept telling me that the "assigned team" will contact me but I have not received any call from them and every time I call to follow up, no one has an answer. PLEASE - CAN SOMEONE OF AUTHORITY PROVIDE ME WITH A RESPONSE OR AN ANSWER ON MY COMPLAINT?
