They might want to spend some time on highway safety with the drivers. I just had the sad experience of being behind a driver doing 65 in a 75 and running side by side with another slow driver. Backing up traffic, obstructing free flow....dangerous! If you can't pass, don't try! Its a simple rule for ALL on the road!

Very personal company. They know what they’re doing. There are a few people that should probably retire but isn’t that everywhere? A lot of the problems like sitting and waiting and doing restarts are the problems of the industry not the company. I have never worked anywhere that when you tell them “I have to get home”, they get you home. I left this company for a vastly improved career change making three times as much money. But some days I think of going back. No other company could ever top my experience I had there. When I’ve gone through hard times like family death, they were right there with me. I will never forget them for that. Don’t work anywhere else until you work here and when you leave you will be back.
