My cargo was picked up March 30 2022, until now, June 11 2022, I can't track where my cargo is, when called, they will answer u, maybe. I won't recommend this carrier at all.

I have been sending boxes to the Philippines for almost 5 years with this company, sometimes 3x a year.. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed to what happened. My box just came today in the philippines from Los Angeles California. There were a lot of missing items. Victoria secret, canned goods, chocolates and some goodies!!! Every time I send boxes in the Philippines my family always call me before they open the box so that I know if something is missing.. and now this is the 2nd time that I noticed that my box has been shattered inside and a lot of things are gone. I will no longer use this company!! What a waste of money. I know that life is so hard especially we are all in this pandemic but stealing is not the right to do. Good luck to whoever did that to me. God is watching you.

This is my second time using 4A’s and my family received it in perfect shape & no damages in any of the goods, took almost 3 mos. In getting there but we understand why. We always contact Mr. Rudy Cabulong to pick-up our box because he’s trustworthy & takes care of everything, even give us updates. I just sent 2 boxes with 2 cuties 2 weeks ago, hopefully it will be the same condition when it gets to our family.

There were 6 boxes that we packed and taped ourselves so that they were secure and safe. Upon arrival to the Philippines, not to mention some boxes were delivered weeks later than the others, we found that 5 of the 6 boxes had items missing from them. We know because we’ve made a list of which box has how many items. When we confronted them about this, it was denied that they were tampered with. There’s picture evidence that we had taped the boxes a certain way before shipping, and picture evidence of how the boxes looked when they arrived at their destination. All of the taping we did was replaced by flimsy single layer taping, and the boxes were concave, indicating that some items were missing. This company has no shipping insurance and cannot guarantee the safety of your items once it reaches overseas. It is also EXTREMELY difficult to even get in touch with anyone to ask about the status of your shipment, or about any general inquiries regarding your package. Extremely disappointed.

I will recommend ATLAS and UMAC its fast and you can tracked if they are in custom and in warehouse..accurate sila magandang company. BOLOK YONG Shipping nila dito pinas.
I'm not from 4A's but what I heard is there is a backlog on deliveries due to lockdown. What u can possibly do is call their office in Philippines & have ur box picked up by ur recipients

The info you received is incorrect. On average about 45 days Lang. Just delay If the pier is too congested in manila and Cebu. So If you send it now the family can still receive it either Christmas or before the new year in the pinas.
I dont work for 4As, all I'm saying is you need to have the details ready so it can be traced and replied properly. Who picked up the box, what date, what receipt or box number, so your question and query can be answered

Please don't count the day your box was picked up but count the day when the vessel or cargo ship departed the port your agent should know if not he can always findvan answer for you. It's a good idea to ask your agent questions you might have in mind before he takes off after picking up your box
