Currently the only mandate I am aware of is the requirement to wear a mask while in the airport and during the flight. I recently had a flight out of state and the vaccination question never came up. No. At the present time you do not need a Star ID. In fact I just flew domestically with an expired driver's license and an expired US passport. I was informed by TSA that I could use the expired passport for domestic travel for up to 12 months. A driver's license is not required but without a passport you will need some certified form of ID and must be able to answer personal identifying questions.

There are 5 or 6 levels to the airport parking garage. The others are mistaken or thinking about the distant low cost parking lots which are just an open asphalt lot. There is a pedestrian bridge which connects the 2nd floor of the parking garage to the second floor of the airports. All airlines for departure are on the 2nd floor .

You will have to travel to connect to an International flight. There are a few choices from there onwards based on your preferences for a layover. There are other domestic airports for the international leg too.

Depends how long you will be gone. If you're going to be gone a long time, uber to the airport so you don't have to pay for parking. It's not the best part of town, I'd use the garage. It's $12/day.
