Do you have to have a star drivers license inorder to bored the plane also have a six month old baby what do I need to bring for him to bored the plane

No, you don't need a Star id yet. And all you need for an infant (24 months or younger) is to make sure your boarding pass has "Infant in arms" printed on it.
