When picking up my grand daughter at bham airport do I park in parking deck

I need to park and go inside she never flew before to help get her luggage

There is also a cell phone lot waiting area about 2 minutes drive from pickup outside baggage claim. If she has a phone to call you, you can wait there until she's ready for you.

I would pick up at lower level, ground transportation area. If you arrive much earlier than she gets outside, you can make the loop around til she exits.

You can pick her up on pick up area, you can stay there 5 minutes for free.
