The casino/hotel still brings economic prosperity to our community. The reason it’s called Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain is because when people want to come play and stay not many know where Wheatland is. So if it’s associated with Sacramento more people know what it’s close to. Fire Mountain comes from the sutter butte mountains. Currently remnants of a volcano that ruptured years ago. They are contributing and helping our local economy strive.

Right on......But the buffet is to expensive, between 25 to 27.00 for the buffet is to much and food was mediocre. Redhawk and Thundervalley the buffet is 15 to 16.00 a plate. And it isn't central located. I'll go back to Redhawk, the food is better and it is closer to home. I won't be going back anytime soon...I don't think anyone in our retirement community (center) will go either..🤨🤔😳😐will I haven't been back sense the last time I was there(2-3months ago) maybe it has gotten better,it is far from Auburn. Thundervalley is a little closer. Maybe some day I'll go back?

The casino is on land 'held in trust' for the reservation. The original 40 acre reservation is under lake Orville. The casino is on historic tribal land. If the tribe losses the land, if that is even true, then Hard Rock would lose the ability to operate as a casino on the land as california does not allow non tribal casinos. Hard Rock is managing the casino, they do not own it. The tribe pays the loan for building the casino, not Hard Rock. The loan is with a bank, not Hard Rock. I hope that helps. I've been following the development of this casino for the last 15 years. Most of this info can be found on the tribes web site or in the Sacramento Bee.

There isn't per say R.V . parking but the parking lot is huge and wasn't even half way full.. That being said there is plenty of space to park an R.R. you can even go to the edge of parking lot and park it side-days and take up a few spaces. I see no reason what that would be an issue sense there is lots and lots of open space

Not really sure why but I think they need to be able to see a date. He should get a permanent ID with an expiration date and take it back to them to claim his winnings. I also agree with Yolanda, that if it was a large amount they need to validate with a expiration date for tax purposes.

There is a breakfast buffet on Sundays. They have a make your own omelette bar. They have mimosas and crepes as well. This is also the best buffet you will find at any of the casinos in the entire state! Also you can see any of the food available being prepared because they do not have a back kitchen. Even their Bakery is viewable to the public. They will also be doing live crab feeds on the back patio once the weather is better.
