As per your advertising it states " Daily: visit our promotional kiosk to swipe and win Free Play and entries into the November drawings"   it does not say random free play to anyone!  Also today Thursday,  your promotional advertising states mystery

Your mystery is only if you earn 200 points, then swipe. I tried I even asked your customer center about it, they were just as confused as I was, a manager had to come and help. Your advertising states free play but leaves out the part about earning the 200 points first
