I didn't stay there, but I spent the good part of my day and evening there with my small dog in a stroller and was never questioned by anyone.

I saw a person with a dog once walking around. It was not a guide dog.

I am not sure. I think as long as they're service dogs. I do remember seeing a lady walking around with a nice and friendly Labrador.
