Worst doctor's office ever! Impossible to get anyone on the phone! Only way to reach anyone is to use their "my chart" and then it takes them 3 days to reply.

Every time I call the office, the Office Coordinators answer the phone and send me to the appointment center. I don't need an appointment . Its very frustrating to wait on hold for 5 min to be connected to appointment center to then hang up and call the office back and wait on hold for another 5 minutes.

Worst Endocrinologist dept in the South Florida. I have not seen my Endocrinologist in a year. Dr. Jose cancelled 2 times my scheduled appointment and I hv to see CNA or FNA. Why? My condition is very complicated and she know about it. Why other MD cannot see me? Cleveland Clinic’s medical service is becoming unreliable. I am desperately looking for the good Endocrinologist in Broward or Miami-Dade. I am going to send my details to CEO in Ohio. They really need to pay lots of attention on internal medicine and endocrinology dept. u don’t need Dr after 3 months and u can not go in ER or urgent care for quick fix. Diabetes is leading cause of many diseases. MD s/b address not CNA or FNA.

It pains me to leave a 3 star review for this organization. But as a former Ohio resident who has been to the Cleveland Clinic many times, I am fully aware of just how much the South Florida facilities are lacking. I've waited for an entire year to leave this review. Honestly hoping that something will change so that I could leave a better review. But after today, I'm done waiting. All of my doctors, my husband's doctors and our daughter's doctors are at the clinic. All of our specialist, and there are many. The frustration almost always begins with the lack of adequate parking for SICK people. Then the registration process - which I do recommend using the my chart app. But even with the app and using it to preregister we still have to stop at a kiosk to register yet again. God forbid should the kiosk be down and you have to register at the desk because it is extremely rare to find one of these employees be pleasant in any way what so ever. I find myself thinking that they must hate their jobs more than anyone I know because they are the most miserable bunch of people you'll ever come across. There are no signs telling patients where to go, where the line begins. If your new to the clinic this is all very frustrating. It was for me and it is for others as I watch their confused faces then the embarrassment when one of the administrative assistants will FINALLY tell them in a very unkind way where to go. Now I have to say that we rarely have too long of a wait to get into the doctor's office, however we do tend to wait a while once in that room. Almost always, the great doctors are worth the frustration of this entire process. Now after the appointment is over if you happen to have anything that needs scheduled I'm sorry to say that you go back out to those people who hate their jobs and again go through the line, etc.. Today my daughter had a gastric emptying test, she is a very sick type 1 diabetic. She had to eat radioactive food then have her stomach scanned every hour. The waiting room was uncomfortable, crowded and loud. Then the final hour they were over half an hour late calling her back. A test like this isn't easy for a type 1 diabetic who is on 2 different kinds of insulin and really should be on a schedule as much as possible. Now along with worrying about if her sugar was going to go low, we're worried if the test results will be accurate. When I compare costs on my health insurance app, Cleveland Clinic costs are always one of the highest. I really am willing to pay more for the quality care the doctors are giving. But come on! These issues really do make our time there (which is a lot) frustrating. After today, I'm sorry to say that we're reconsidering our health care provider choices.

I brought my daughter, she had just turned 18 and they did not let me in with her. I had to wait in my car, also when I went in for several different appointments they would not allow my husband in. However the Dr did ask my daughter if she was uncomfortable, if so then she could call me in.

You should first check with your insurance company then with the doctor and/or the medical facility. Once they are in the network they will.
