Scheduling is a nightmare. If you have a true pediatric emergency, this is not an option. They got insurance info confused and made an already stressful time way worse than it needed to be. It’s a good network of providers but the front end is very poorly run.

During covid i called to get an appointment for my teenage son, they would only do phone appointments at the time. I agreed, and later found out that my insurance didn't cover. The call was less than 5 min. and I was charged over $300 with refusal to work with me and sent me to collections. I paid them, but will never return because that is a bit steep for a phone visit and lack of communication as well as forcing minimal visit options during covid then allowing rediculous charges. NEVER AGAIN. Update on the comment they made in response to this: I have been communicating with them for months, they know exactly who I am. What investigation, I begged them to consider what they were doing and that I had 3 insurances they didn't properly charge? I did everything I could before leaving this review, no reason for the out of pocket charge, but they sent me to collections even when we were trying to work on a solution. Im done, such a petty thing to fight a client over and quite a loss as I have multiple children that came to this office.

Doctor was ok, the nurse that was supposed to get the blood work had no idea what she was doing. She poked my daughters hand twice and kept turning the needle back and forth and around saying she could not find her veins…this was the first time when we had this kind of issue and I had to tell her to stop as my daughter was crying and screaming because of so much pain. We will have to go somewhere else…very disappointed

Never had an issue with them answering the phone. What I don't like is that they are always busy and it's hard to get an appointment sometimes when your little one is sick.
