I was told it would be 20 min before my food was ready I waited 35 minutes total In those 35 minutes of waiting, my food sat in the back for 15 minutes and had gotten cold...I hate this wingstop.. And the soda machine wasn't even filled with ice Bad business

Lady taking the order at the counter had an attitude of she was not happy at all to have a customer in front of her. Even gave me grief because I chose not to have the fries with the meal. Soda machine was out of 65% of there choices, hope you like Coke.

They are out of touch with their sauces, they DO NOT have a Non-Spicy Barbeque Sauce and they are losing a huge portion of their market share. They don't seem to understand that not everyone likes hot and spicy. Buffalo Wild Wings, Fridays, Applebees, and places at Fairs and Carnivals have better. The fries are flat out grease drippers, disgusting because....they aren't being prepared properly therefore the cooks are not trained...and management allows inferior food out the door cooked by the people he didn't train correctly or care to? Management is RESPONSIBLE period, they hire the staff It only takes one person in a family not to like something or not have something on a menu they like .... that goes from being a $75 order or more to 0, in less than 60 seconds. How many times does Wing Stop figure they get ruled out before they are even aware....just because of a bad management decision on their menu.....??

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Staff is rude and uninterested in their jobs or making food that won't kill people. I ordered 10 wings, 6 rolls, and a large basket of fries. My roommate didn't check the bag before he left. The didn't provide the fries, the sauce on the wings were wrong, and the roles smell chemicals. Disgusting. My roommate went back for the $4.19(pretax) basket of fries only to have some psycho behind the counter throw old, cold, and sugared fries at him. Despite another worker saying they were going to make a new batch, this woman said no and to take the bad fries. Horrible experience.
