I tried paying over the phone and was spoken very rudely from the woman on the phone. I didn’t pay no mind to it and spoke nicely to complete my payment but instead was hung up on. They make me feel insanely uncomfortable every time that I call for assistance. And I want to figure out how to file a genuine complaint.

Very difficult to deal with. Normal everyday circumstances that can effect your life is just a business policy for them I guess.

7 months after fulfilling my child support order and Placer County is still pulling money from my account. The first set of checks were sent to an address which i have never even heard of before so they issued a new set of checks. 10 days later and still nothing in the mail. Each time i call into customer service the details surrounding the issuance of said checks change. I requested direct deposit so that the problem could be solved and both parties could move on but they refuse to set me up. Rude and inept customer service.

They claim they are there to help both parties. That is not the case. Super bad service. Nothing is explained properly. They do not keep track of paperwork. Every month there is a issue with my account. Constantly having to call in to force things to get figured out. Seems like every week I have a new case handler. So no one knows what is going on. Such a waste of state money.
