The employees at the St. Claude Ave. location are so unprofessional, they have nasty attitudes, no telephone etiquette, and very poor customer service skills. I am relocating from New Orleans to Texas and reserved a trailer for the move. I arrived at my appointed time, only to find out that they had given my reserved trailer to someone else. The cashier must not have checked her reservation list correctly and offered no apologies for her mistake. Although the other person did offer to see if another location had any available I declined. Why should I have to go to another location when I reserved one here?

Absolutely atrocious customer service. We waited almost an hour for our reserved truck, then were charged for fuel after we refilled. We received a phone call about the fuel dispute we initiated where the woman quite literally screamed at us and then hung up after being asked to calm down several times. Try another location, for sure. Some people should never would work the public.

RUN! I rented a box truck at this location, disputed the condition I received it in before taking it away, and then upon return they tried to charge me $825 to replace the rim and tire saying the rim needed to be replaced when l didn't damage it in the first place and furthermore it was in perfectly fine condition upon return. Nobody at Uhaul would acknowledge the fact that I disputed the condition of 3 sides of the vehicle upon receiving it. I don't know if they're intentionally crooked or what but there was no process for a dispute within the company, the President of Marketing operations (for this location) who they told me to contact didn't return my calls, and I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge and get it dropped. Total insanity.
