Very nice, well developed trail. Not too difficult but still has some challenging areas. This was a great new discovery for me as someone who has been coming to the Truckee area for the past 25 years from Utah. Rode it 2 times this year and will remember it for next years trip.

It's open. They still logging in the area but the logging is finished along the first 4 or so miles of the sawtooth.
