This company has contacted me more than once about a bill that they would not even explain .. Now that i have there info. I’m dropping it by to my attorneys office since in North Carolina , that if you do not have enough to pay the cost of the bill , it is covered.. Also they got rude with me which I recorded and have 2 employees that work at this place that will be getting a call from BBB and my attorney..

My daughter gave birth 3 years ago in April, she applied for Medicaid. The reason why we applied was because my insurance does not cover dependent maternity. We gave the hospital the Medicaid information when we arrived for her C-section yet they still billed my insurance. Now her bill is on my credit because of course my insurance company rejected the bill and they never billed the secondary insurance company. And in the meantime I'm stuck with a $34,000 bill for a child I didn't have. And they keep insisting the bill belongs to me even though my daughter was an adult at the time.

The information comes directly from the hospital or clinics where the individuals had services.
You can do that online or call their number in your invoice or you can go to their office in person.
If you've went to an Atrium or Novant facility, that's a collections company they use.
Because your hospital or clinic sent it to collections. That's the only reasons they receive accounts.
