If I could give them zero stars I definitely would. Crew shows up at 1PM on a Friday to install carport. Install a string and 4 stakes and leave. No phone call, text, or note. I call on Monday and I’m met with the most rude customer service (if you want to call it that). Named heather smith. She states “obviously it was not level”. I relayed my frustration due to zero communication. No phone call back. So I email them. She then states “obviously the crew relayed the information to you that the site was not level” basically calling me a liar. If I ran my business the way they do the doors would be shut. After leveling with cinder blocks and gravel I was then met with “ we will not install on cinder blocks. Just every road block possible and get this. They wanted me to pay $700 more. Fyi. My neighbor had a carport installed on gravel and cinder blocks and that’s what he was told to do. I will be lettting everyone and anyone know that carolina carports is the worst company you could spend your money with.

I was told my building would be delivered in 3 months. It took alomaot 1 year. Then they leveled it adding 100.00 to the price using my blocks I had for another project. I cannot believe this is what I Waited one year for.

Our metal building was installed june, 2022. It has taken months to get the building to pass inspection. We had to finally SETTLE for a letter from engineer stated the building was OK even though it didn’t meet specs! We had 16 leaks and after CCI came out twice we now have 2 leaks!! This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. They schedule a crew to come out then they either don’t show or they cancel and ur put back on 2 week waiting list! This goes on and on! I’m done with this company. I write this review so maybe others will not make the same mistake. TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

We had a 20x35 sq ft shed installed today. They crew was very professional, showed up ON TIME, were very polite, answered all our questions, and made sure the site was cleaned afterwards. They even took a blower and made sure the inside was cleaned as well. The company itself, and everyone we spoke to were highly knowledgeable and very friendly, especially Breanna. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for ANY of your building needs!

I ordered a 24 21 9 open carport from Viking Steel Structures on Feb 11 2021 and was quoted a price of 2517.12 for delivery and I would install it myself, signed a contract and paid 368.64 up front. They contracted it out thru Carolina carports. Checked up on the progress 2 wks later and was told they had to get another company so now I signed another contract with Premium metal structures on Feb. 25 2021, same deal. Checked back week later to be told it would be $300 dollar more, if I wanted it and that dealer new name was Eagle Carports, thought about it and ask for my money back because I could get it cheaper thru another company and they would deliver and it install it free. I don't know what kind of games or business practices these carport companies but BEWARE OF THE FRAUD GAME! A one star rating because you can leave less
From the word on the street they are not very dependable or a trustworthy business. They should be shut down by the better business bureau.

You can look them up on there website they have all different sizes and add ons for the side,back,front i had gotten a brochure papers with sizes and costs at my local Carolina carport dealer hope this helps.
