The staff here and especially Emmy is amazing. But the sheriff’s need to go. They care more about not wearing boot shoes than the lives of the animals. Awful place. The staff’s need a raise putting up with the sheriffs!!

From our experience, they don't do what they need to do when they think they have found your pet. They never provided our family with photos of our baby boy. They never gave my uncle proof of the surrender forms he signed. They even told me to not call them. There is one good officer we talked to.

Or it can depends if you find a rescue. I have a dog needs a home asap. If you have other animals just watch him.
Its a kill shelter. But only when the animals are dangerous to humans or other animals. Otherwise they find homes or other shelters, fosters, alternative ways of saving the life of the animal. They are a welcome group of caring people.
Yes.
For dogs the adoption fee is $100 which includes spay/neuter and all up to date vaccines. Cats adoption fee is $90 and includes everything that the dogs fee covers
Yes
They adopt the animals out to good homes. When someone adopts they. come with there first shots and they have them fixed. Some of the animals goes to PetSmart and it's the same as you get it from the shelter.
I dont think so Surry spay and nuter will unsure of cost there in piolet mtn
I would think so but I am not 100% sure You would have to contact Paula Key Stanley or Jane Taylor. Both ladies could answer all your questions . Both are wonderful and caring women.
I have been there 3 times and every time i was sent away theybtold me to go to a rescue because they have bindings available for adoption only for rescues very disappointed
I would look at state laws. I believe the pet you get will have to go thru training 1st. I guess I have no real answer for you. Sorry.
